Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All the products sold on Paradise Parapharmacy are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors and brands. Product images on our website accurately represent what you will receive. However, note that manufacturers occasionally update packaging or labels — in such cases, the formula and quality remain exactly the same.

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you complete your purchase, a sales receipt is automatically sent to your email. You can also log in to your Paradise account and view your order history and invoices in the “My Orders” section.

 

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain health and beauty items may not be eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If a product is out of stock, you can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, and you’ll receive an email alert as soon as it’s back.
Some limited-edition or discontinued items may not return, but we’ll always recommend the closest alternatives.

 

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship nationwide across Lebanon, with same-day delivery available in select areas. International shipping is coming soon!
